Larry began his mortgage career right out of college in the early 1970s, and has never been out of it since. He was one of the first people in Utah be become a conventional underwriter in the mid 70s, and then a few years later, designated as an underwriter for FHA and VA. You will find it a special experience prequalifying with an underwriter. He is working in about every position in the industry over the years so he brings an amazing background and depth toward understanding and then evaluating your personal situation and needs. You will find his prequalification interview especially thorough as his goal is to find the best program for you and make sure you understand all options available in helping you make the decision. He feels it is important that You make the decision, not the LO, but you need to know all the options, with the advantages and disadvantages on each program to be able to do that.
