About James Cahoon

James Cahoon’s background is uniquely constructed to provide clients a first-class mortgage experience. After earning a degree in Marketing from the University of Utah in 2001, James spent nearly ten years working for the largest homebuilder in the Pacific Northwest. There he learned the in’s and out’s of mortgage and real estate working on both the builder and mortgage sides of the business. James returned to his native Utah in 2013 working as a Branch Manager for a local Utah mortgage company.

James is passionate about helping people navigate what can sometimes be a challenging lending process. James gains fulfillment by helping clients achieve their dream with a new home and a relatively painless mortgage experience.

James lives in Utah with his wife and family.
